General inquiries

The contact form prepares an email in your own mail application. The website does not send that message or keep a stored form submission. If you choose to send the email, your message and address are handled by the receiving mailbox so your inquiry can be answered. The form does not create an automatic mailing-list subscription.

Sensitive information

Use the website contact route for media, speaking and general inquiries only. Do not include patient records, Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account details or credentialing documents. Confirm an approved intake process with the service provider before sharing sensitive materials. This website is not an emergency or clinical intake service.

Hosting, analytics and fonts

Cloudflare hosts the site and supplies security and Web Analytics. Visits produce technical request and performance information such as page URLs, browser information and timing measurements. Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces and receives technical connection information such as an IP address when a page loads. Typed form fields are not included in this email-draft workflow’s analytics requests.

Videos, purchases and other links

Video thumbnails may load from YouTube. Selecting a video loads the YouTube privacy-enhanced player, which makes additional requests to the video provider. Social, book, store and other external links take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. This static website does not receive or store payment-card details.

Messages and privacy requests

The website has no visitor account, document-upload or stored-submission database. A message you send exists in email systems. Email the contact address above to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence information; requests will be reviewed with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
